Good empanadas and fair pricing. If it were just a bakery, this place would easily be 5 stars. There's so many options and everything I've tried (a lot) has been really really good, especially if you love dulce de leche. They also serve other food but it's just okay. If you're looking for meal, look elsewhere, but when you're done there come here asap for dessert.

I've been coming to this bakery since I moved to Florida. I love the variety of pastry's and empanadas they have. This is my go to place for empanadas for every potluck occasion I am invited to. I usually purchase the mini empanadas to share and always get the meat ones. What I love about them is the flavor of the meat, it is not plain in flavor and also the empanada is not greasy even if I order the fried ones. They do carry the baked ones as well. During the weekends this place gets packed and taking a ticket number is a must. I've ordered lunch there once and it is reasonable and fresh. They also carry a variety of wines from Argentina and various imported foods and such. If you need a cake for anything they have custom ones but also usually have a stock to carry out. They have always been friendly and great at having my orders ready for pick up on time.

This is my new favorite bakery in the area. We walked in, took a number and thought we would have to wait a while, considering the amount of peoples there. Don't let the line intimidate you, it moves very quickly! We tried many things, and everything was good, but they really know what they are doing when it comes to the empanadas (especially chicken o.m.g.). Don't even get me started on the croissants, specifically the "salado" (salty)... I've never had anything like that, it's the perfect combination of sweet and salty... I could probably eat 20 of them. I've ordered a cafe con leche twice from there, and it is just okay. I think from now on, we'll just pick up the items and bring it home to enjoy with a cappuccino from my trusty nespresso machine. :)

The one thing I miss about Miami (and I promise, there is only one thing), is having Cuban pastries on the weekend. I used to go every Saturday morning to the bakery right around the corner and stack up some guava, cheese, guava&cheese, coconut and meat pastelitos to fuel us for the morning. Unfortunately there aren't any bakeries around my way that will provide my Cuban fix so I have converted......I am now Argentinian - by digestion. Shout out to Brenda P who mentioned this is the spot to get your hands on some miga sandwiches. Also, I mentioned to Brenda if we opened a Cuban bakery in Sunrise, we'd be millionaires - but that's for another day. We came in on a Saturday and were flustered by all of the delicious sweet and savory choices. There is a case as soon as you walk in that is stacked with cakes and desserts. We didn't get any sweets but were in the mood for a salty fix...... We got a pack of four miga sandwiches. In case you are not familiar - migas are Argentinian sandwiches which have the crust cut off them (Hey Mom! Thanks for doing that for me as a kid) and made with thin white bread, thin ham, cheese and a mayo. They are delicious. We also got some empanadas. The caprese was the wifes favorite but for me the "carne" empanada was one of the best I've had. I could of easily scarfed down a couple of them. The staff was super friendly (smiling the whole time which is always so nice) and patient while we picked out what we wanted. Super reasonably priced and the place was spotless. I think I've found our new weekend morning stop.

So many desserts! I like the empanadas, don't love them, but like them. I recommend the beef over anything. Second would be the caprese empanada. The ham and cheese was just okay. The dulce de leche cake just melts in your mouth. Scrumptious!

The plusses: GREAT facturas, terrific service, outstanding selection. The place is hopping and serves both local Argentines and people who think empanadas is spelled with an ñ. My only minus: the empanadas were skimpy on the filling and had dough so thick that it was somewhat dry.

It seems this location is better than the one down in Miami beach (from what I can tell it seems to have a larger selection.). The parking is definitely easier and cheaper.

Best place around to get some delicious food from the region of "el río de la Plata." Highly recommend for breakfast!

My wife and I visit this place every time we are in town visiting family. It has become a tradition for us to stop by on our way back to NC and buy +$30 worth of goodies for the trip and the freezer. Love their empanadas - baked not fried. Especially the spinach ones. Yum!! They recently relocated into a larger store which has helped.

Lovely establishment in the style of a confitería. They have a full range of pastries, cakes, sandwiches, empanadas, hot beverages and wine. Wondferful place for merienda/afternoon tea. Everything I've tried there I've liked and the people I've taken have all ejoyed as well.

Horrible customer service. They do not speak english. Very ignorant. They do not go buy the take a number system. There pastries are terrible. I bought a large coffee to go the woman gives me a large cup with a small cover and tells me to put on myself. If you don't speak Spanish they give you attitude. Like the customer is wrong because they can't understand you. Basically i will never go there again.

I typically stop in and order the milanesa sandwich or a couple empanadas when im hungry. They obviously have way more than that. The facturas are always freah and delicious. I like to stop by and get desert box with all the different pastries. I have ordered cakes as well for special occasions. By far one of the best items Buenos Aires bakery has is its bread. The baguettes are out of this world whether you buy the big loafs or the mini baguettes. They also sell wines, yerba mate, sandwiches and an assorment of Argentine products if your feeling a little homesick. I recommend you pop on by the one in Pines or you could go to the one in North Beach. Either way you are definately & literally in for a treat.

Food is great, service sucks for the most part. I've added photos of the "filtered reviews which really tell the story." Yelp needs a better way of figuring out spam and real reviews.

"Classless Barbarism! I've patronized Buenos Aires bakery for a few months now, I believe I've been there about 4 times. But this is the last time! Buenos Aires bakery has some reasonably priced tasty " hors d'Å“uvre" like bakery items. I've never spent more than $3 for a few small pastries each time I've been here. They work on a number call system, you basically take a paper number from the dispenser and wait until they call your number to be served. This simpleton system seemed to work fine until today. My number was #31, and when my number was called I gestured to the woman and walked towards the counter(I was only about 5 feet away). Out of the blue an undomesticated woman barged to the counter and started blabbering in an unrefined tongue to the woman. The woman who called my number then ignored me and proceeded to serve the obviously classless woman(the woman had #32 by the way). Oddly when the woman behind the counter finished serving the uncouth woman, she then yelled out " 33". I was like what? I said," you just called #31, then you ignored me, now you are calling #33?" She replied, "oh, that woman was before you?!?! ". So I said its not my problem she has number #32 when you called #31. And if you know I'm #31, why are you skipping to #33 when you know you just served #32, when you were suppose to serve #31? Further more if you're on a number system, why are you retorting to "depressed community" like business practices? Unfortunately I still ordered a couple of the pastries, but when I was driving away I was so disgusted I couldn't eat them. So I threw them in the garbage when I arrived at my home. I really didn't expect to encounter this kind of uncultured troglodyte behavior in Pembroke Pines. I'm still in a state of shock! Unfortunately it wasn't until today that I read the filtered reviews of Washington A., Elsa N., T. M., Cookie S., michael e., Rod I., and Norberto M. . All of them noting the same thing, barbaric like customer service.

I always come here whenever I'm craving empanadas. So far, I've tried the spinach, meat, and cheese & onion. They are all great, specially the meat which is my favorite. I've also had the churros here which are pretty decent (actually, a lot better than what I expected). Now this might be because I'm used to the cheap original empanadas I ate in Latin America but the prices here aren't that low. If anything, I thought they were pricey for their size. However, the taste is worth it when I'm craving them. Haven't gotten the other pastries yet but I'm looking forward to trying them. I'll probably get a cake sometime soon so will review later!

It's lovely to have a bakery in the area like this. Glad to see they expanded. Empanadas are great, churros and croissants and traditional cake with dulce da leche and peaches inside are really good too. Customer service is not so good, a bit stiff and please learn English to serve all customers. Prices are certainly high. Cookies and small pastries look great in the case but all are too sweet. Too many have dulce da leche in them and taste the same. I am sure this is a magnet for Argentinians.

Their empanadas are delicious and they have a large variety. I'm not fond of their coffee. Ps don't allow your employees to eat behind the counter, it's gross

This place is decent. The lady that helped us was ok but when my little sister asked for a dessert to a different lady she was very rude and told her to ask the same person that's helping us. Their tarts are ok but STAY AWAY from the red velvet cake. It's a diabetes cake. It was so sweet we could't have a second bite.

I cannot rave enough about this place! They have THE best empanadas I have ever tasted. You cant go without a factura, the sweets! The food is great, maybe the customer service could be a little better, but who remembers that when they're serving the best food in town! I could come her every day if I didn't feel it was going to break my bank and my gym routine! Best bakery in town!

OH...MY.......GOODNESS! So, I was taken here by a friend who was born in Argentina. We drove almost an hour to visit this perfect little bakery, and the drive was so well worth it. From the moment we entered, it was like I was in a different world! Everyone was speaking spanish, and it smelled unbelievable. The display cases were filled and beautiful! Everything looked so good. We spent a little over an hour in the cafe enjoying our food, and it was so good that we took a care package home! (disclaimer: I don't speak spanish, so please forgive me for incorrect spelling! My friend ordered for us, so I am recalling as best as I can!) We started with Churipan and sandwich de entraña. They were so darn good. The chimichuri sauce was like a party in my mouth. I was so satisfied by those two menu items. We also ate empanada de jamon y queso & empanada de pollo. The outside was perfectly crispy, and the filling was so delicious. We took home:: sandwich de miga and toasted them before eating them (they were so yummy!) Pasteles:: medialuna pastelitos de dulce de membrillo cañocito de dulce de leche Everything was just so savory and satisfying. It was fresh and perhaps some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten.

The hubs is from Argentina and is always looking for authentic Argentine food whether it be entrana, parrillada, or empanadas, so this place piqued my interest immediately. It is close to where I work, so when I was about 30 minutes before clock-in time, I decided to give this place a go. I am very glad that I did. In the first place, everything in the store looks picture perfect. And the smell is absolutely luxurious. When you walk in you are greeted by beautiful cakes in a revolving fridge. Towards the front of the store, there are cases full of pastries and empanadas. For my first time I bought a selection of facturas with cheese and fruit. The staff was extremely friendly, and super nice about my limited Espanol. One of the cashiers gave me a pastry to try before I left. It was absolutely delicious. I brought the rest of the pastries with me to work to share- they were gone in an instant. Everyone agreed that they were fantastic! I will definitely be going here again to try the empanadas and coffee.

This place is as good or better than most Argentine bakery's in Buenos Aires! Excellent media lunas and vigilantes. Hope to go back soon.

I've been meaning to stop in for a while since I always see people going in and out and sitting outside at their cafe tables. So glad I finally did! After taking a number, I waited just a minute or two before I was helped. The lady behind the counter was friendly and didn't seem to mind that I only ordered one mini fruit tart and a couple pastries to go. Just a taste test you see. The fruit tart was incredible. I've never tasted a tart shell so fresh before. Even the hubby exclaimed it was awesome, and he doesn't even like tarts. The pastries were good, too. I came a couple days later and the same lady helped me, so I have only positive things to say about the customer service. They have an impressive selection of cakes, pastries (fractura), and even some imported candies. Be warned, you might gain 5lbs just by looking at their display cases!

wandered in, hungry and in a rush to get to work. Very pleasantly surprised with the outstanding breakfast sandwich that I had. A++ folks. Had some time to eyeball all the sweets and, while I did not try any, I have to say that they were plentiful and luscious looking. Really tempting. I dont know who their pastry chef is (or are) but there was some beautiful, and yes, that is the correct choice of words, sweets on display. I will go back to try a dinner course and, of course, one or two of those sweets.

Great spot for snacks- their empanadas are delicious, prices are not bad at all. Their desserts and sweets are great and their cakes are lovely! They have breakfast specials but I haven't tried them- will do so soon! Would definitely recommend!

I love this place!!! They have such delicious pastry and so many varieties. This is a wonderful place to come and indulge yourself. They are so good that I even had them make my weeding cake. You know that a wedding cake is good when it is eaten completely! Nope, no leftovers. Nothing to eat on our 1 year anniversary:-).

Go for breakfast and glad we did. Wife have the croissant with egg & cheese. I have the spinach wrap with egg & cheese. We both had the egg scramble. Plus a Chicken Empanada that we split and two coffee & milk, (Their coffee is Espresso with the milk foaming on top). Really I wanted a Meat Empanada but at the time they run out of it :(

A nice stop for a pastry or sandwich but be prepared to wait in a line. The cakes are to die for! My next B Day - for sure it's one from here. The coffee was perfect and I had the mini croissants stuffed with dulce de leche and topped with powdered sugar. Yummy, I will be back for more of those!!!

Good Argentinian bakery, clean, fun. Their price is fair and the pastries a little sweet but eatable. The best cookies. The attention is good. The neighborhood is great. The perfect Sunday stop.

One word: FACTURAS! If this isn't enough of a reason to come here they also have delicious cappuccinos and breakfast/lunch items! The food and service is always excellent

Food & pastries is very good, I've had better but it's good. Yes, it gets crowded, be prepared to be in line, for a while. Oh, yes, service, poor, to say the least. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around. But I have to say, they have niche market, so I would like to see another bakery that would be more inviting with similar baked goods

This is my first time at this place and yes it is busy, but the lady behind the counter was quick to help me pick out some pastries for a tea party. I had a good experience and will be making future trips.
